MEET THE HEARTS BEHIND THE GATHERINGS

We’re two friends who turned our love for soulful spaces into something bigger — because we believe gathering with intention is one of the most powerful things we can do.

We’re Kriz & Ash — co-founders of Gathered with Heart.

We started hosting these cozy, soul-filled events for one simple reason:
We craved connection. Real connection. The kind that happens when you slow down, show up, and gather on purpose.

Our friendship is built on that — showing up for each other through the mess, the milestones, and the magic in-between. So when we realized other women were craving that too, we got to work.

And Gathered with Heart was born.

We now plan and host soulful experiences across Utah (& beyond!) that invite people to feel, reflect,

celebrate, and breathe a little deeper. Whether it’s a birthday brunch, a candlelit night in, or a dreamy seasonal retreat — our goal is always the same:

Evening for the Soul was one of those rare experiences that gently pulled me out of my comfort zone in the best way. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. We were each gifted a Rose Quartz stone and an affirmation that felt like it had been picked just for me - an immediate reminder that I was exactly where I needed to be.

Writing intention letters was such a grounding and heart opening practice. It helped me connect with myself in a deeper way. I’m not one to jump into unfamiliar settings, especially with people I don’t know, but I felt so safe, seen, and IN PLACE the entire evening.

By the end of the night, we were all laughing like old friends. Every little detail- every touch- was so intentionally thought out. Its clear this event was created with care, love, and a deep desire to hold space for others. If you’re considering going but feel a little hesitant - go. You’re heart will thank you.

If you’re interested in a reset and i night filled with feminine power, this is the group for you! What was expected to be a girls night out turned into something much deeper and more fulfilling. I left the night realigned and more at peace. The letter to my future self was so spot on for me as I am now in my era of growth. The emotional card reading with Ash was my highlight of the night. I wish I had more time with her. Definitely left me wanting more. The environment was so welcoming and soothing. The open meditation seriously soothed my anxiety of being in a room filled with unfamiliar faces. As an introvert, at the end of the night this had me feelings welcomed and included.
